This Shipping Policy explains how grocery and daily essential orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to customers.
All grocery orders are processed on the same day if placed before 5:00 PM and orders will delivered within 2-4 hours. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are packed carefully to ensure freshness, hygiene, and quality.
We currently deliver groceries to selected local areas and serviceable PIN codes only. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your PIN code.

Same-day delivery is available in selected locations.
Shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, frozen, and other perishable items are delivered fresh, usually on the same day.
These items are not eligible for return once delivered, except in cases of damage, spoilage, or quality issues.
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive SMS, WhatsApp, or app notifications with the delivery status.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be rescheduled (if possible) or cancelled. For perishable items, refunds may not be applicable.
Re-delivery charges may apply.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 12-24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided as applicable.
